Your code is emailed 15 minutes before your appointment and connects you straight to your technician.

Remote pricing
- Software help / how-to / troubleshooting first 30 min$35
- Tune-up / cleanup first 30 min$35
- Data backup setup / guidance first 30 min$35
Sessions that run long due to downloads, installs, or a slow connection are billed in additional 30-minute blocks at $35 each — we'll always confirm before continuing.
Note: virus removal isn't available remotely, since a full scan can take longer than a 30-minute session allows.
